FARGO, N.D. (KFGO) Southbound 25th St. S. in Fargo is reduced to one lane between 12th and 13th Aves. S. for private underground utility work. This includes the left turn lane at 13th Ave. S. The detour is 17th Ave. S. Work is expected to last one day.
